Reporting Damage

If your motorcycle is returned with any damage, or if the rider contacts you during the ride and reports damage, please contact Twisted Road immediately. It is important to file all damage and liability claims within 24 hours of the end of the rental period.

Take photographs of all noticeable damage as we will need to submit this to our claims team as part of the claims process.

The first step in the claims process is always for the rider and owner to see if they can come to a reasonable agreement on their own. 

Regardless of the solution, it is important to contact Twisted Road for additional direction.
