Ride Extensions

RIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

We expect riders to be thoughtful and return their owner's motorcycle on time to avoid inconveniencing and worrying the owner and their next rider. 

• If there’s any chance of a late return, you must request an extension via Twisted Road as soon as possible. 
• You must also contact your owner to alert them to the request. 
• We don’t permit or recognize verbal extension agreements. 

In some cases, you may be unable to book an extension. It could be that the owner or the motorcycle is unavailable, there are insufficient funds, or other issues. If that happens, you must return the vehicle at the originally scheduled end time. If you’re excessively late, your host may charge an additional usage fee.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Twisted Road is a community-based platform. That’s why we expect owners to make a good faith effort to accommodate extension requests. The rider will edit the rental in our platform, and then you'll receive a text and an email encouraging you to approve the modification.
