Our team is here to help with your trip, every step of the way. Beginning with your search for the perfect ride, all the way until your trip has ended, we want you to be satisfied. Safety before your trip begins

Payment Protection

With Twisted Road's secure payment platform, your rental payment is protected against fraud. If anything goes wrong with your payment, we will refund you.

Fraud Screenings

We verify accounts and perform fraud checks to keep your transactions safe. We review all riders' driving records and verify that they have a motorcycle endorsement. We check to make sure they don't have a history of infractions and make sure their license is current.

During the trip

If you need assistance during your trip, we’re here to help through phone, 24/7 chat, and email.

Re-booking Assistance

While rare, sometimes an owner has to cancel a booking at the last minute. Our dedicated Booking Services team is here to help you find and book a similar motorcycle.

Rental Replacements

If your motorcycle was considerably misrepresented in the online listing, or you are unable to reach the owner at the time your trip is to begin, let us know in the first 12 hours and we’ll work to find you a new motorcycle.

Roadside assistance

If you ever have an emergency and need help, we are here to support you. Our roadside assistance partner is always available to provide fuel, a jump, or a short tow.
