Claims Processing fees

Twisted Road will charge all riders a "claims processing fee" for assisting the rider manage the claims process. This fee is typically $100 when damage is below the deductible, or $250 for instances when damage is greater than the deductible.

If you decline our protection, the claims fee is $500 for most claims, and $1,000 if the motorcycle is a total loss.
