Claims Processing fees

Twisted Road will charge all riders a "claims processing fee" for assisting the rider manage the claims process. This fee is typically $100 when damage is below the deductible, or $250 for instances when damage is greater than the deductible. When a bike is totaled, the claims processing fee is $500.
