Tire Damage

Sometimes tires get damaged during a ride. When this happens, we will compensate you for the amount of wear that was left on the tire. For example, let's say that you have brand new tires and the rider gets a flat. Because it's brand new, we will reimburse you for a new tire.

But let's say that the tire is 50% worn, we will compensate you for 50% of a tire replacement.

If the tire is extremely worn, and is about to be replaced anyway, we will only reimburse you for 25% of the replacement cost.
