Reviews and Ratings

After a ride is complete, the owner and rider have the ability to complete a community review. There are three types of reviews on Twisted Road, and we take these all very seriously.

RIDER REVIEWS

This is an opportunity for the owner to rate the interactions, professionalism, and respect of the rider. Consider these questions when preparing your review:

  • Was he prompt?
  • Did she treat your motorcycle with respect?
  • Did she handle all conflicts professionally?
  • If there was damage, did he openly reveal the issues and do his best to rectify these?
  • Did the rider go above and beyond in any way?

This is your opportunity to highlight the personality, nature, and respect of a fellow rider.

OWNER REVIEWS

This is the rider's opportunity to provide feedback on the bike owner. Consider these questions:

  • Was the motorcycle well maintained?
  • Was it full of fuel when you met for the initial exchange?
  • Was the owner prompt, responsive, and accommodating?
  • Did the owner go above and beyond in any way?

BIKE REVIEWS

This is the rider's opportunity to review the quality and characteristics of the motorcycle. Please consider the following questions:

  • Was the bike safe and well-maintained?
  • How did it handle?
  • Was it heavy or light?
  • Was it responsive or sluggish?
  • How well did it corner? How well did it do cruising on the highway?
  • Was it loud? Or soft?
  • Did you like riding it?

Be honest! This is where people learn about our motos.
