Damage and Claims Reimbursement
W do everything we can to resolve and pay claims as quickly as possible. The owner is responsible for providing the claims representative with all the information necessary (including pre-ride and post-ride images) as quickly as possible.
Claims must be filed with 24 hours of the end of the rental period. If there are any claims for supplemental damage, these must be submitted within 30 days of the original claim.
Once Twisted Road and our claims representatives have all the information we need, we will process, resolve, and pay the claim as quickly as possible. We strive to have these payments within two-weeks after the information has been submitted.
