Accidents and Twisted Road

If an incident occurs while a rider is using your motorcycle, the rider should report it to Twisted Road and you (the owner) as soon as possible. If it’s urgent, they should also call the police. All accidents and damage must be reported to Twisted Road immediately, as our Protection Plan doesn't cover owners if accidents are reported more than 24 hours after the trip ends. If there are any claims for supplemental damage, these must be submitted within 30 days of the original claim.
