Pricing Your Motorcycle
The best way to price your motorcycle is to look at traditional rental options in your area, and then price your motorcycle 20% below these prices. The sweet spot for pricing is under $100, and often, bikes priced under $90 get much higher traction.
As the owner, you can always set your price for your motorcycle, and you get to modify this whenever you want. We encourage you to start with an aggressive price and see how many rentals you receive. Once you have a few rentals and reviews, you can always adjust the price as needed.
Here are some general rules to follow:
- Motorcycles earlier than 2018 should be priced under $89.
- Newer motorcycles (2018 - 2020) should be priced between $90 and $100
- Larger bikes and bikes with storage can sometimes demand a higher price. Almost never over $125
- Do your best to stay under $99 a day. Ideally, be under $89
The more aggressive the price, the more rentals. It's that simple.
