Trip Costs

All costs are detailed at checkout, before submitting your final rental request.

RENTAL FEES

This is the base rate for the rental vehicle multiplied by the number of days rented. Each day is a 24 hour period, so a rental from noon on Friday to noon on Saturday is one day.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

This insurance is in place to reduce your out of pocket costs for damages or liability. There are three plans to choose from, and each is outlined at checkout.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND TIRE PROTECTION

These to extra programs give the rider some peace of mind, and allow us to cover some unanticipated events on the road.

SERVICE FEE

We charge a non-refundable service fee on all rides. This covers 24/7 customer service and support, website improvements, background/DMV charges, and other expenses.

DISCOUNTS, CREDITS, AND FREE DAYS

If you have earned free days of riding, rental credits, or discounts, you will have the opportunity to apply those at checkout. The discounts will be shown at checkout.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A few days before the ride begins, we conduct a $100 to $1000 credit card authorization in case of damages or claims. This deposit is released 48 hours after the ride is complete. This hold may be increased for riders under the age of 25.
