Being Responsive to Rental Requests and Trip Changes

Twisted Road notifies owners through both email and text when they receive a rental request. It is important that all owners approve or decline these requests as soon as possible. If requests are ignored, we will remove your motorcycle from our site.

Please take time to review the rider's riding history and reviews before you decide to approve or reject the rental. If you don't feel comfortable with this particular renter being on your motorcycle, please deny the request.

In addition, riders will often request a trip modification, such as adding an extra day to the rental. When this happens, please contact Twisted Road for approval and trip modification. Unauthorized changes will not be covered by Twisted Road Protection Plans.
