Late Returns

If the rider doesn't return the motorcycle by the selected time, it is important to immediately take the following steps:

1. Contact the rider and make sure that everything is ok. Get an updated return time

2. Contact Twisted Road, explain the update return time (if any) and also discuss all communications you've had with the ride. Please be ready to review both written and verbal communications.
