How Long Does the Application and Verification Process Take?

We know you are excited to rent your first motorcycle and begin riding. Before you do that, we need some information to make sure that you meet our age requirements and other eligibility requirements. For example, all riders MUST have a valid, non-suspended, motorcycle license.

We gather your information and then work with our proprietary partner to conduct a thorough review and make sure that you're able to ride with us. This process usually takes 2-3 hours to be completed, but often it can be conducted much more quickly.

The purpose of this thorough review is to make sure that everyone is as safe as possible when using Twisted Road.
